At StellaMoonCraft, everything is handmade with love by me – from the first stitch to the moment your parcel is wrapped and sent on its way. I also work full-time and have two mini moons at home! Phew! With that said, here’s everything you need to know before ordering one of my yarn treasures:

📦 How long will my order take to ship?

Processing Time

  • Ready-to-ship items are dispatched within 3–5 working days.
  • If embroidery is added, please allow an extra 7–14 working days.
  • If your baby knit is needed with a quicker turn around, please message me when you order and I'll do everything I can to make this happen. 

UK Shipping

  • Standard Delivery: £3.95 (2–4 working days)
  • Tracked Delivery: £5.95 (1–3 working days)
  • Free UK delivery on orders over £50

USA Shipping

  • We ship all US orders using UPS Tracked to avoid new postal customs surcharges.
  • Shipping is £19.95 per order (7–10 working days).
  • Import duties and local taxes are the buyer’s responsibility. These are usually around 10–15% of the order value, plus a small customs brokerage fee (~$12).

Europe & Rest of World

  • Currently unavailable while we review new customs regulations.

Delays
Delivery times are estimates. International orders may be delayed by customs checks.

🎁 What about custom orders and Baby Knits?

Custom pieces take a little more time and care 💛 Please allow 1–2 weeks for me to create and ship your design, depending on availability. At quieter times, I may be able to complete your item sooner and will let you know after you’ve placed your order.

🌐 What about digital crochet patterns?

All digital crochet patterns are delivered online as instant downloads – no shipping required. You’ll receive a link to download your pattern straight after purchase, so you can get making right away!

🌍 Do you offer international shipping?

Yes! I’m happy to ship  internationally. Please message me  so we can arrange the best courier (usually DPD) and calculate shipping costs for your location.

🚚 Will international orders be tracked?

Absolutely – all international orders are tracked so we can follow the journey together. Please keep in mind that delays can sometimes happen due to customs or courier restrictions. Some countries are more difficult to ship to, so in rare cases parcels may be returned.

🔄 What is your return policy?

I don’t currently accept returns. However, if your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please reach out to me on Instagram and I’ll do everything I can to make it right.
